About this XAGUSD chart
XAG/USD is the price of one troy ounce of silver in US dollars. XAG is silver's currency code, from Ag, its symbol in chemistry. Silver is a precious metal like gold, but about half of the silver used each year goes into industry, in electronics and solar panels among other things. The price here shows three decimals, so its last digit is a tenth of a cent.
The price is live spot silver, from the oracle price of Hyperliquid's SILVER market. Each tab is a timeframe with about 150 candles. The candles keep silver's official hours, Sunday 6:00 p.m. to Friday 5:00 p.m. New York time with a one-hour pause from 5:00 p.m. each day, so there are none at weekends.

Why is silver priced to three decimals?
An ounce of silver costs far less than an ounce of gold, so a cent is a bigger share of its price. Three decimals let the chart show moves of a tenth of a cent.
What is the gold to silver ratio?
How many ounces of silver one ounce of gold buys: the gold price divided by the silver price. The XAUUSD live chart and this one give you both prices.
