About this NAS100 chart
NAS100 is the name many platforms give the Nasdaq-100, an index of 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq stock market, first published in 1985. This page charts XYZ100, the xyz US 100 index, which tracks the Nasdaq-100. It is a perpetual market on Hyperliquid's xyz exchange and follows that index without being the index itself, a fund or a futures contract.
The live price is the oracle price Hyperliquid publishes for XYZ100, and the chart is drawn from the market's own candles. They keep the official sessions of US index futures: Sunday 6:00 p.m. to Friday 5:00 p.m. New York time, with a one-hour pause from 5:00 p.m. each day and shorter days on US holidays.
The tiles show the day's range, the range over the last five sessions, the full range since the market opened on Hyperliquid, and the previous close.
