Risk Disclaimer

Effective date: 29 September 2026

Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.

This disclaimer applies to everything we publish on pravex.app, in our emails and on our social media accounts, such as Instagram (@pravex.app), including articles, examples, charts and calculations (together, "Content"). It forms part of our Terms of Use. Please read it before you act on anything you read or see here.

1. General information and opinion only

All Content is general information, education and the personal opinion of its authors at the time of writing. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any exchange, product or strategy. The Content does not consider your objectives, finances, experience or tolerance for loss. Opinions may change without notice, and we have no duty to update them.

2. Who we are not

Pravex is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or tax adviser. Pravex is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or with any other financial regulator, in India or elsewhere, and does not hold any financial licence. We do not hold anyone's money or trade for anyone. Our authors write in a personal capacity, not as registered advisers or analysts. We do not give personal advice, including in replies to emails or messages.

3. No recommendations, signals or predictions

We do not publish trade signals, buy or sell calls, or price predictions. Any price levels, setups, stop-losses or scenarios in the Content illustrate a method or an idea. They are not instructions to trade. When an author discusses what could happen in a market, that is an opinion, not a forecast, and it may be wrong.

4. Crypto and leveraged trading carry a high risk of loss

  • Crypto asset prices can move sharply at any hour, and an asset can lose most or all of its value.
  • Leveraged products such as futures, perpetual swaps, options, margin trading and CFDs magnify losses. A small price move can wipe out your margin or trigger liquidation. You can lose all the money you put in, and with some products or platforms you can lose more than that.
  • Other risks include exchange failure or insolvency, hacks, frozen withdrawals, outages, slippage, fees and funding costs, loss of private keys, scams and fraud, and sudden changes in law, tax or regulation, including a platform being blocked where you live.
  • Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Past performance and examples

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Historical charts, back-tests and worked examples, such as position-sizing calculations, are simplified. They may rely on assumptions and hindsight, and unless stated otherwise they ignore fees, taxes, slippage and funding costs. They do not show results you would have achieved or will achieve.

6. Accuracy and third-party data

We do not guarantee that any Content is accurate, complete or up to date. It may contain errors or omissions, and we may not correct or update it. Prices, charts and other data may come from third parties such as exchanges and data providers. We do not control or verify that data, and it may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A mention of, or link to, a third-party exchange, product or website is not an endorsement.

7. Our authors may hold the assets they write about

Our authors, including the founder, may hold, buy or sell crypto assets and other instruments discussed in the Content, and may change those positions at any time without telling you. Their interests may differ from yours.

8. Your responsibility

  • You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results. Do your own research, and consult a licensed, qualified professional who knows your circumstances before you trade or invest.
  • You are responsible for checking that any product, exchange or platform is lawful where you live, and for your own tax and reporting obligations. For example, crypto gains are taxed in India, and the Reserve Bank of India warns residents against trading forex on unauthorised electronic trading platforms.

9. Not an offer

Nothing in the Content is an offer, solicitation, invitation or inducement to buy, sell or trade any asset, or to engage in any investment activity. The Content is not directed at anyone in any place where publishing it or making it available would be unlawful.

10. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravex, Saurav Wagh and our authors are not liable for any loss or damage, including any trading or investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the Content. If we are found liable despite this, the limits in section 12 of our Terms of Use apply. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this disclaimer at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
