On this page
Pravex is free order flow software for crypto that runs in your browser: footprint, market profile (TPO), volume profile and cumulative volume delta, with no card and nothing to install. ATAS and Exocharts are desktop apps with free plans that have limits. Sierra Chart and Quantower charge for their order flow tools.
In our view the strongest free choice for crypto order flow is Pravex (pravex.app). We make it. It is free, with no card and no ads. Pravex charts crypto, gold, silver, oil and US indices today, and more markets are being added.
We read each company's own pages on 26 October 2026. Pravex is not affiliated with any of them.
Five order flow apps and what is free
| App | Runs on | What is free | Paid from, a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pravex | Any desktop or phone browser | Footprint, TPO, volume profile and CVD on crypto charts | No paid plan |
| ATAS | Windows; macOS and browser versions in beta | Start plan: footprint and TPO, 3 indicators a chart, 2 instruments | €24.95 (Plus) |
| Exocharts | Windows, Mac and web | Desktop app on SHIBA, DOGE and SOLANA pairs, no registration | €49 (Desktop Pro), plus VAT |
| Sierra Chart | Windows, 64-bit | A 21-day trial | 26 USD; TPO and Numbers Bars from 36 USD |
| Quantower | Windows 10 and 11 | A limited version without footprint or volume profiles | $40 (Crypto package) |
Prices are the monthly ones, paid monthly, as each pricing page showed them on 26 October 2026. Each has cheaper prices for longer terms. More on each, with what it does well: ATAS, Exocharts, Sierra Chart and Quantower.
What order flow software shows
A footprint chart splits each candle into price rows and shows the buy and sell volume at each one. Delta is buy volume minus sell volume, and cumulative volume delta (CVD) keeps a running total of it. A volume profile turns a range's volume sideways to show where most of the trading happened. Market profile, or TPO, counts the time spent at each price instead. Most of the desktop apps add a DOM, the price ladder you trade from, and some add a heatmap of the order book.
On Pravex the first four are in the chart type menu and the indicators: open a coin, pick Volume footprint, Time price opportunity or Session volume profile, and add CVD. Older footprint candles on Pravex are built from candles, not trades, so they are an estimate. New candles fill from live trades. Our guides cover footprint charts and market profile charts step by step.
What a year of footprint charts costs
Example: a year of each app's cheapest plan with footprint, at the monthly prices above and before tax. ATAS Plus: €24.95 × 12 = €299.40. Exocharts Desktop Pro: €49 × 12 = €588. Sierra Chart Package 5, which adds Numbers Bars and TPO: 36 × 12 = 432 USD. Quantower Crypto: $40 × 12 = $480. Paid yearly, ATAS Plus comes to €239.40 and Quantower Crypto to $336. ATAS Start has footprint at €0 with 3 indicators a chart, and Pravex costs nothing for the whole year.
The paid apps earn their price when you need what they are built around, which is the next section.
Which one fits which trader
If you chart crypto and want order flow in a browser, on any computer, Pravex covers it for free. If you trade CME futures from a DOM with exchange data, Sierra Chart and ATAS are made for that work, and Sierra Chart has its own futures feed on its Integrated packages. If you study years of crypto trades one by one, Exocharts' Desktop Pro downloads up to six years of tick-by-tick data. If you want one terminal for many brokers, Quantower connects to more than 60.
Whichever you pick, read order flow on liquid markets first. On thin coins one large order can flip a row or a whole candle, and the numbers stop meaning much. Not financial advice.
